Fluke 725Ex Intrinsically Safe Multifunction Process Calibrator
The Fluke 725Ex is a compact, multifunction process calibrator built for process calibration in hazardous environments where explosive gases may be present. It measures and sources mA, voltage, temperature, frequency and resistance, and adds pressure measurement when fitted with optional modules, making it a comprehensive field tool for instrument technicians.

The 725Ex is intrinsically safe, certified ATEX II 1 G Ex ia IIB 171°C (KEMA 04ATEX 1303X) and rated for I.S. Class I, Division 1, Groups B to D at 171°C, so it is cleared for use in classified hazardous areas. Each unit ships with a NIST-traceable calibration report.

Can I use the Fluke 725Ex in a Zone 0 or Division 1 area?
Yes. The 725Ex is intrinsically safe, certified ATEX II 1 G Ex ia IIB 171°C and rated I.S. Class I, Division 1, Groups B to D, so it is designed for use in classified hazardous areas where explosive gases may be present.
Does it measure pressure out of the box?
No. Pressure measurement up to 3,000 psi / 200 bar needs an optional Fluke 700PEx pressure module, which also lets you calibrate valves and run I/P tests. The pressure modules are ATEX-certified and ordered separately.
