Fluke 1770 Series Power Quality Analyzers
The Fluke 1770 series are three-phase power quality analyzers built to take the complexity out of power quality logging, troubleshooting and analysis. With automatic measurements, a straightforward set-up and best-in-class specifications, the 1773, 1775 and 1777 are the faster, easier way to run a power quality study. All three measure to IEC 61000-4-30 Class A and carry a best-in-class CAT IV 600 V and CAT III 1000 V overvoltage rating, so they are safe to connect from the service entrance through to final circuits.
Supplied by Powerpoint Engineering as an authorised Fluke distributor, the 1770 series brings modern power quality analysis into a portable, user-friendly instrument with one-touch standardised reporting.
What the Fluke 1770 series measures
- Voltage, current and power on three phases, with AC and DC inputs
- Harmonics up to 30 kHz and fast transients up to 8 kV
- Dips, swells and interruptions to IEC 61000-4-30 Class A
- One-touch reports to EN 50160, IEEE 519 and others, with PQDIF and CSV export

Why the sampling rate matters
The 200 ms fast trend on the 1775 and 1777 gives high-resolution visibility into rapid system and power changes, and the higher sampling rates capture transients that slower instruments miss entirely. For an industrial maintenance technician or consultant, that is the difference between recording that something happened and seeing exactly what it was.
Where the 1770 series fits in the range
The 1770 series is the current-generation portable analyzer. For permanent compliance recording on utility networks, see the Fluke 1760, and for the record-everything facility recorder, the Fluke 1750.

FAQs
What is the difference between the 1773, 1775 and 1777?
The 1773 is the standard analyzer. The 1775 adds 1 MHz transient sampling and a 200 ms fast trend, and the 1777 adds 20 MHz sampling for the fastest transients and a 32 GB microSD card. All three measure to Class A.
Are the Fluke 1770 series Class A instruments?
Yes. They measure to IEC 61000-4-30 Class A, so their data is reliable, repeatable and suitable for compliance work, with one-touch reporting to standards such as EN 50160 and IEEE 519.
Does the Fluke 1770 series need regular calibration?
Yes. To keep power quality measurements traceable and defensible, calibrate the analyzer on a set interval. Our in-house laboratory calibrates and repairs Fluke instruments and issues traceable certificates.
