Specific Calibration Services
Multimeters:
We conduct extensive testing on functionalities like operation, continuity beeper, diode checks, and the condition of test leads. Our process includes calibrating across all ranges for each function, with specifications based on manufacturer manuals. We identify any faults and adjust them at no additional cost. If repairs are necessary, we will inform you of any extra charges. We work with all major brands, including Fluke, Megger, Kewtech, Robin, Iso-Tech, and others.
Clamp Meters:
Calibrated similarly to multimeters, we can handle AC and DC currents up to 2000A. All measurements must align with the manufacturer’s specifications for calibration certification.
mA Loop Calibrators/Process Meters:
These devices are calibrated to an accuracy of 25ppm, covering nearly all models. We simulate and read DC current and voltage to ensure precision.
PAT Testers:
We assess all PAT Tester functions, including Flash output up to 3kV, and verify that earth bond leads do not produce incorrect readings. As the only authorised calibration lab in Ireland for Seaward PAT Testers, we can reset calibration alarms and adjust offsets as needed.
Milliohm/Earth Ground Testers:
We calibrate these instruments from 1 milliohm to kilo-ohm values, including a check of your test leads.
Multifunction Testers:
We provide calibration and repair services for all Multifunction Tester functions. It is a legal requirement for electricians to have these instruments calibrated annually. We service a wide range of brands, including Robin, Fluke, Megger, Kewtech, DiLOG, and many more.
